 if you have blessed with shiny healthy hair you don't need to do much for your hair but if you have dull hair you will need extra care of your hair.use hair mask for your hair.try this for high voltage shiny hair take fresh curd and massage onto damp hair and leave it for about 10-15 minute and then rinse it off with cool water. and see the miracle.


For plummy lips:

soft and naturally pink baby lips is every girls dream but we all know that now days our life style is changed,our routine, our health every thing is now. and our lips are the most sensitive ans delicate part of our body this will need extra care all the time and all the session. for that perfect rosy lips and for removing dead skin from your lips you will need 1/2 tsp of moisturizing lotion ( any brand) 1/4 cup freshly grounded coffee bean's and 1/4 tsp of rock salt. mix all the ingredient and massage your lips for about 5 minute with gentle hand and wipe clean with a worm washcloth.

SAVE SISTER -Cervical Cancer Prevention Programme

in this campaigning we are organising camps,seminars,and workshop for school girls  working women's and college going girls. in our team we have a gynaecologist, psychologist.

 our target is to educate them about cervical cancer.

What is Cervical Cancer?

• —  Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers among women worldwide.
•  Cancer of the uterine cervix (Develops in the tissues of the cervix. Cervix is a part of the female reproductive system and connects the upper body of the uterus to the vagina).
• Around 80% of global cervical cancer cases are in LMICs (low & middle-income countries)
•  Caused by Human Papillomavirus Virus (HPV)
•   Sexually transmitted infection
• At least 50% of sexually active men and women get HPV at some point in their lives

Cervical cancer facts in India: 

• —  India has a disproportionately high burden of cervical cancer.
• —  Accounts for nearly one-third of global cervical cancer deaths.
• —  27% deaths occur in India due to cervix cancer.
• —  Cancer killed 5,56,400 Indians in 2010
• —  30-69 age group accounted for 71% (3,95,400)
• —  Oral cancer- main cause- men (23%)
• —  Cervical cancer- main cause- women (17%)
• —  Breast cancer- 10.2% 

Good news is :

— The VACCINATION is available to prevent this dangerous disease.
—  Vaccination before first sexual encounter.
—  Post it screening has to be done.
—  It is helpful in reducing chances of contracting other cancers as well.
—  If a woman is suffering from cervical cancer, the treatment is a simple process.
—  Compulsory in several countries.
—  In Australia, it is compulsory for both men & women

DIY-easy nail polish holder/ Box

hey my lovely ladies, how are you all? i hope you all are doing great..Today I wanted to share with you all a simple DIY project. All you have to need is your old fashion magazines, a scissor, any kind of a glue or cello tape.Just randomly choose the page or print of your choice and tear the selected page. Now with the help of scissors and cello tape just cover the empty box.there is no particular order to paste your magazine page.

And ladies you're done with your project...this is very simple way to use empty boxes and you can save money also.. because they look so pretty..you can make so many different items of your choice like you can make, pen holder, lipstick holder, you can decorate your working desk.. your can choose different box, glass, jar for this DIY. I hope you all like it.. please post lovely comment if you like this DIY..

Window Shopping in MAX Store

These are random pictures of yesterday actually me and my sister went to watch horror movie called " Ek thi daayan" movie was ok not so good not so bad.After watching the movie there was enough time for window shopping.So me and my sister went to the MAX area and we found so many beautiful and pretty things around us. 
The MAX summer collection is just fabulous. The only thing I'll buy for self is a dark pink and orange shade top ( read my OOTD).
