i love to drink milk..so i'll always try diffrent flavor 

easy and simple method of making shakes..

they are ready to use drink..good for summer i'll always have them in my bag...

good source of vitamin C and calcium 

i just love body wash & shower gels...this is my first time to use dove

Steam Power


If feel dull and you want to look and feel glowing than you can do one thing.
Take a beauty steam. Actually I love to do it on my skin all you have to do is take a hot water or steam bowl and add few drops of lavender and any other fragrant that you like. And take a steam this will help to open up and clean your pores. Allow your face to soak the steam for about 4 to 5 min. And then you’re ready to go....

all you need is:
  1. bowl
  2. hot water for steam
  3. essential oil
  4. time - 2 to 3 mint only
  5. before doing this at home consult your dermatologist.
  6. wash your face 


How often should you have a steam 
  • Oily Skin should be steamed once or twice a week
  • Normal Skin skin should be steamed once every fortnight
  • Combination Skin  should be steamed once a week
  • Sensitive skin should not steam at all, as this may make the condition worse

We all know that a healthy lifestyle result in healthy hair. Apart from following good hair care product it’s important to maintain your hair with good exercise and good food. Let’s talk about MILK. As we all know milk a best source of vitamin and calcium. And it contain the ideal mixture of vital vitamins, protein , vitamin A and B6 and many other...so have a milk daily at night and get a healthy hair......

you can also make milk shakes if you're not like to drink only plain milk...i'll give some of my fave recipe 
ingredient you need:
  1. milk
  2. nuts; like- almond,coconut powder,
  3. other dry fruits you like..
  4. sugar.
  5. any essence
take one glass of milk and boil it for about 5 to 8 min and than add all your dry fruits and sugar, essence and mix all the  ingredient  and boil it for another 5 mint and now your're ready. i hope you like it too.

hey beauties...how are you all....its Friday... yippee....weekend is near..tell me you weekend plan? well here i want to share with you all my summer beauty tips and it helps you to beat this SUMMER HEAT...i hope you all like it too....

Tips:
  1. A good brand Sunscream ( 20 to 50 SPF) before leaving the house for outdoors is very very importent to avoid age spots, pigmentation and all.
  2. A monthly cleanup or whatever your facial routine is..it is good for exfoliate and add glow to your skin. 
  3. for instant fresh look just wash your face and take a ice cube and massage with it for about 1 min and then moister it well, apply light foundation lip gloss and what ever you want like kajal and all..depending on you choice..
  4. Eating right in summer is must. keep away from oily and spicy food.
  5. take salad and juice
  6. to keep the sweat and stink in summer use an anti bacterial body wash or deodorant.
