We all know that a healthy lifestyle result in healthy hair. Apart from following good hair care product it’s important to maintain your hair with good exercise and good food. Let’s talk about MILK. As we all know milk a best source of vitamin and calcium. And it contain the ideal mixture of vital vitamins, protein , vitamin A and B6 and many other...so have a milk daily at night and get a healthy hair......

you can also make milk shakes if you're not like to drink only plain milk...i'll give some of my fave recipe 
ingredient you need:
  1. milk
  2. nuts; like- almond,coconut powder,
  3. other dry fruits you like..
  4. sugar.
  5. any essence
take one glass of milk and boil it for about 5 to 8 min and than add all your dry fruits and sugar, essence and mix all the  ingredient  and boil it for another 5 mint and now your're ready. i hope you like it too.
