2 DAYS DETOX PLAN

After eating a lot of food and sweets in the festival, our body gets a little sluggish, sometime our stomach get upset after eating so many gujiyas, motichoor ke laddo, gulab jamun and what’s not. Listen to your body, give some time to yourself, and give your body some time to relax itself. 

 2 days just for the detox is little bit hard, but it is also very important to clean your body from within.It is important reboot our system, I’ve found that giving my body a little cleans is always a good idea. 

Detox helps you to clean your body after two days, your body feels light and healthy, you can see that waterreatation is gone from your body ( specially face area) your skin look more healthy and glowing. 

 Let’s Start:

Morning:  Morning is the best time to start anything good for your body, first of all after brushing your teeth (empty stomach) drink a glass of Luke warm water mix with lemon turmeric and ginger.

How to make detox lemon ginger and turmeric tea: Take one glass of normal water, bring it to boil, once it boils add 2 to 3 slice of ginger on it and allow it boil again for 2 to 3 minutes, now take a cup pour this water into your cup, take a pinch of turmeric and few lemon drops. And enjoy your Tea. 

   Breakfast:  Oats is my favorites breakfast, they are very good source of fiber     specially beta-glucan and high in vitamins minerals and anti-oxidants, due       to their beneficial health effect oats have gained considered as a healthy         food.

   Lunch:  Any kind of soup would be better for lunch. 

   

Dinner:  you can try smoothie if want or you can also try protine shake if you want, my personal choice is a full bowl of fresh salad and green tea.

Apart from all this, you do not have to eat any kind of refined sugars for 2 days, avoid eating junk food as much as possible, eat fruits as snacks and drink plenty of water, drink green and turmeric milk.

Above all my favourite brand for handbag is Lavie and Caprese, both made good quality handbag they offer variety of  design from their collection from sling bag to boho style, tote, satchel, cross body, shoulder bag,etc.

So inside my work bag i basically carry very basic things, i love big spacious purse for work, the bag i am currently using is from Lavie hand-Held Bag (Blue), it has 3 main compartments which are very useful for carrying your essential. Inside the bag, there is a middle compartment, and each side compartment has smaller pockets for organization, where i keep my mobile, napkin etc.

Wallet:  this is my favorite thing in my bag and i loved it so much, this wallet is from India circus by krsna Mehta, i bought this wallet from their website while ago. This wallet is compact, sleek handy and spacious with vibrant color. inside this wallet you have multipal compartments and cards slot, and one zipper pocket as well.

Hand cream:  this is the best hand cream ever, this is from The face shop, love the formula of this hand cream it doesn’t make my hands feel sticky and oily. You can read my full review of this hand cream in my blog.

Sunglass: how can anyone survive without a sunglass, i always carry a pair of shades with me, and the clear one is for night time. By the way they are not prescribed one. 

Lipstick: I always keep few of my favourite everyday lip shade with me, sometime I carry one bold dark lip colour for that sudden outing or dinner plan with your friends, one dark bright lip shade can instantly change your complete look. 

Mascara & Kajal: How can i forget kajal and mascara my two most favorite makeup products. 

Pens : Its always handy to have pen with you i am more comfortable with write down anything important.    

Perfume & Blotting sheets:  I always like to carry a deodorant perfume and a blotting tissue with me, it’s always feels refreshing to use at the end of the day. Oil blotting tissue helps you to remove access oil from your face and instantly makes your face shine free.

Hand Sanitizer:  i always carry a hand sanitizer with me.

The Face Shop Snow Cotton Hand cream Review

   Hello My Lovely Ladies, How are you all? OMG this year is passing so fast, i can't believe its already October!!! okay so without any delay lets start, so today i am reviewing my favorite hand cream from the brand the face Shop, this is a Korean brand, i am sure you all must know about it, Korea is known for its beauty products, and we all love Korean makeups and beauty products. in India this brand is quite well known, and i have also used other products from this brand. 

lets talk about this hand cream, this is such an amazing hand cream, its very moisturizing, it keeps your hand soft and nourish all day. winter is about to come,and in the cold weather our hands began to dry, well in my case i use hand cream all year long, talk about this hand cream, it has very light texture formula which is easily absorbed, i fell in love with it and i am already planning to buying more for the coming winter.

 i love the packaging, very handy you can easily carry this in your handbag. its comes with few different other fragrance as well. it smell amazing i can't tell you the exact smell of this hand cream but believe this hand cream smell so so amazing and it makes my hand feel really soft.

Earlier i have been using The body shop Hemp Hand Protector hand cream ad i loved it so much, body shop hand cream was quite sticky and it takes a while to sink on to your skin, with this one you're not left with sticky, greasy residue. 

 

   

Direction of use: Apply a small amount ( believe me a pea size amount of the hand cream goes long way) to the back of your each hand and rub hands together in a gentle circular motion. 

What i like the most about this Hand Cream:

• very cute packing
• very moisturizing
• light weight formula
• travel friendly 
• amazing fragrance
• moisture your hand all day long.

   Hello my beauties, how are you all? today i am sharing the review of the color drama      July Fabbag 2017 i know i am so so late for reviewing this month fabbag ( sad) anyways,  the july fabbag is so cute, i love the color of the pouch, so pretty peachy pink shade  pouch. so lets talk about the products we get this month.  

  Just Herb Tint- this 15 gm sample of just herb tint is really nice. this is act like a BB and   CC cream. this tint is good for all skin type, it has sun protection on it. so its good for       daily use. Price- 385 ( 15gm)

    

    if you're sad add more lipstick and attack. i truly believe in this quote. these are      gorgeous 1 shades from their newly launch range. super Matte on lips, gives you amazing  Matte finish, almost powdery finish, color pay off is really very good. i got Matte as hell  crayon lipstick in the shade 06 Coraline Jones. this lipstick came with an sharpner i absolutely loved the color. really excited  to try these as I have wanted to try them for a while.price of this  crayon lipstick is Rs- 799.

    

When it comes to hair care i am very particular about my hair, i love using natural herbal products, now days you can find so many natural, chemical free shampoo and other hair care products that does not damage your hair and scalp. i had use Kronokare products, ( face oil)  really excited to try this shampoo. Hand Care For summer/ DIY Scrub for soft Hands

Hello my lovely Beautiful ladies!!! How are you all...hope you all are doing great. today i came up with very useful tips and DIY for beautiful and smooth skin. our hand is the most neglected part of our body, sometime we don't have enough time to pamper our hand and nails,which turn our hands into dull and lifeless. Summer is a season which is very hard lead the day in the hot sun. This season is really hard for the hands, legs, face and hair. 

so today i will share with you all some remedies, some DIY tips, and tricks for soft and healthy looking hand. 

Sunscreen ( your favorite Brand) 

in India summer season is getting worst year by year,UV rays are very harmful for human bodies. so for this get habit of applying sunscreen lotion to the hands and even to other parts which will be exposed to the sun. make sure you will apply generous amount of the sunscreen at least 1/2 hour before leaving the house.

Scrub: 

use scrub regularly for your hands to exfoliate your skin. this will help to remove dead skin. you make your own DIY scrub at home, for this all you need is:

• sugar- 2-3 spoon
• oil ( live/coconut)- 2 teaspoon
• lemon juice- half lemon
• cooking soda (1/2 teaspoon)

mix all the ingredients well, and apply this to your hand and massage gently for 5-6 minute at least and wash it off with warm water. after doing this your hands get smooth, lemon works as natural bleech which remove tan from your hand, sugar is a  great exfoliator ,soda works wonder for skin. and oil makes your hand nourish. 

Moisturizer:

always apply moisturize to your hand never ever skip this step. you can use hand cream of your choice. at night apply thick cream or petroleum jelly or any oil based cream that soaks easily while you sleep.

Massage:

Hand massage helps in the circulation of the blood and makes the muscles relaxed. This helps in relax aches and pains. They are different type of massages like palm massage, finger massage and stimulating massage.

Holi Hai- Tips & Tricks ( Happy Holi to you all)

Hello my lovely beauties!!! How are you all? I hope you all are doing great. Holi is around the corner, I know you all are very excited about it, after all holi is the festival of beautiful vibrant colors.

होली रंगों का त्यौहार है, दोस्त रिश्तेदारों के साथ मस्ती करने और रंगों से खेलने का अपना अलग ही मज़ा है. होली की इस मस्त में आपको कुछ बातों का खास ख्याल रखने की जरुरत है. कुछ ऐसे ही टिप्स और ट्रिक्स मैं आपसे शेयर करने जा रही हु, जिसे नानकार आप अपनी होली को यादगार बना सकती है. 
 होली खेलते समय थोड़ी सावधानी और सतर्कता बरतें क्योंकि कई बार मस्त में अनजाने में अपनी स्किन हेयर को काफी नुकसान पंहुचा देते है. अगर आपके साथ बच्चे भी है तो और भी सावधानी रखनी पड़ेगी. 

होली खेलने जाने से पहले इन बातों का खास ख्याल रखे- 

सही कपडे- कपडे गहरे रंग के चुने जिससे गीले होने के बाद किसी तरह की शर्मिन्दिगी का सामना न करना पड़े. कपडे की क्वालिटी या उसका फेब्रिक भी थोड़ा मोटा ही चुने। कोशिश करें की फुल स्लीव की टॉप या कुरता पहने. जिससे आपकी स्किन ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा कवर रहे. 

 बाल - रंगों से बालों को सबसे से ज़्यादा नुकसान पहुचता है. ज़्यादा देर तक बालों में रंग लगे रहने से बाल और स्कैल्प दोनों ड्राई हो जाते है जिससे डेंड्रफ और इची स्कैल्प की शिकायत हो जाती है. कई मामलों में स्कैल्प में दानों की शिकायत हो जाती है. इससे बचने के सबसे सरल उपाय है बालों में हेयर आयल का इस्तेमाल. बालों खास कर जड़ों में तेल अच्छे से लगा ले, जिससे हेयर्स में कलर्स जाने पर भी आपके स्कल्प सुरक्षित रह सके.

त्वचा का खयाल- अपनी त्वचा को रंगों के प्रभाव से बचने के लिए, हाथों और चेहरे की त्वचा को अच्छे से moisturize करें इसके बाद सनस्क्रीन ज़रूर लगाए जो कम  से कम spf 50 हो.

कान का रखे खयाल -

होली में कान का खास खयाल रखें, होली में सूखे और पानी वाले रंगों दोनों से अपने कण बचाये इके लिए आप थोड़ा सा पेट्रोलियम वेसलीन अपने कान  के भाहरी हिस्सों में लगा ले, ये आप अपने बच्चे के कान में भी लगा सकती है. इससे रंग बहार ही चिपक जायेगा और काम से काम पानी वाला रंग आपके कण के भीतर जा पायेगा.  लोग पानी वाले गुब्बारों को एक दूसरे के ऊपर फेंकते है जिससे कानों में पानी जाने की संभावना होती है। इसलिए कानों का ध्यान रखते हुए होली खेलें।

नेचुरल या हर्बल रंगों का चुनाव - आजकल बाजार में हर्बल और नेचुरल गुलाल का चलन काफी बढ़ता जा रहा है जो पूरी तरह से सेफ और नेचुरल होते है, इनसे स्किन प्रॉब्लम काम होते है. बच्चों के लिए भी ऐसे रंग सेफ होते है. निचे कुछ वेबसाइट की लिंक है जहा से आप इन नेचुरल रंगों को खरीद सकती है.

पानी की बर्बादी से बचे -  गर्मियों में पानी की समस्या साल दर साल बढाती ही जा रही है. कोशिश करे की सूखे रंगों का इस्तेमाल ज़्यादा करें सूखे रंगों को आसानी से धोया जा सकता है. अगर पानी का इस्तेमाल कर रहे है तो की बड़े टंकी या तब में रंग मिलाया जा सकता है. जिससे पानी की बर्बादी से बचा जा सके.
