After eating a lot of food and sweets
in the festival, our body gets a little sluggish, sometime our stomach get
upset after eating so many gujiyas, motichoor ke laddo, gulab jamun and what’s
not. Listen to your body, give some
time to yourself, and give your body some time to relax itself.

days just for the detox is little bit hard, but it is also very important to
clean your body from within. It is important reboot our
system, I’ve found that giving my body a
little cleans is always a good idea.
Detox helps you to clean your
body after two days, your body feels light and healthy, you can see that
waterreatation is gone from your body ( specially face area) your skin look
more healthy and glowing.
Let’s Start:
Morning: Morning is the best time to start anything
good for your body, first of all after brushing your teeth (empty stomach)
drink a glass of Luke warm water mix with lemon turmeric and ginger.
How to make detox lemon ginger
and turmeric tea: Take one glass of normal water, bring it to boil, once it
boils add 2 to 3 slice of ginger on it and allow it boil again for 2 to 3
minutes, now take a cup pour this water into your cup, take a pinch of turmeric and
few lemon drops. And enjoy your Tea.
Breakfast: Oats is
my favorites breakfast, they are very good source of fiber specially beta-glucan
and high in vitamins minerals and anti-oxidants, due to their beneficial health
effect oats have gained considered as a healthy food.
Dinner: you can try smoothie if want or you can also
try protine shake if you want, my personal choice is a full bowl of fresh salad
and green tea.
Apart from all this, you do not
have to eat any kind of refined sugars for 2 days, avoid eating junk food as
much as possible, eat fruits as snacks and drink plenty of water, drink green
and turmeric milk.
